Jul 10, 2023 - 6:23 PM hours
What are people's thoughts on the best goalkeepers in third tier of US Soccer worth the top tier looking at? Third tier being USL League One, MLS Next Pro and NISA.
Jean Antoine (Chattannoga FC)
Tatenda Mkurava (Michigan Stars)
Rashid Nuhu (Union Omaha)
Seem strong ones to start. Best you've seen?

Those are some good names, I don't think MLS would ever give a NISA keeper a look without them spending some time in USL first, unfortunately. If Nuhu had a green card I'd think his odds of getting another MLS shot would be much higher.
I believe Nick Holliday (North Carolina FC) is the only guy with a real shot at MLS right now although I'd watch for a European move in January, he's trained with a few German clubs in the past. Ben Roach (Albion San Diego) is who I think has the best shot out of NISA.
